This is a symptom of hyperaidity and improper digestion. Firstly maintain bowel habits. take more fibrous diet. Avoid oily rich food. Take food at proper interval and in small amount. Do not overeat. avoid sitting for longer time in one place. Exercise regularly it includes yoga especially pawan muktasan.

Give sweet curd mix with moong dal water drained. Give mixed veg soups cooled down to body temperature. Give one coconut water daily. Give soft boiled watery sagudana and soft oats in small small quantities. Sweet orange or mausambi juice is good to prevent bleeding. No chillies no pickles no vinegar nò fried no solids only ĺiquids and semis olive watery food.
