This is a symptom of hyperaidity and improper digestion. Firstly maintain bowel habits. take more fibrous diet. Avoid oily rich food. Take food at proper interval and in small amount. Give sweet curd mix with moong dal water drained. Give mixed veg soups cooled down to body temperature. Give one coconut water daily.
