Hey there, if the white lesions are present in the region of the crowns you got, then it can be due to friction of the crown with the cheek mucosa. Treatment will include removal of tye crowns only if the white lesions cause any pain, peel off or get red patches.
No treatment required at the moment.
It would be great if you send photos of cheek and crowns.
For any further query, kindly use my doctor code gm2c5d.

This is normal unless it causes pain or discomfort.
The patches will go only after prosthesis removal which is not advisable.
* apply vaseline/glycerine over the local area to keep the region moist.
* apply turmeric paste with glycerine locally over the lesions (massage do not rub)
