Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc.

Abdomen pain could originate in internal organs as well as due to muscle and nerves issues. Abdominal pain especially in females could be associated with reproductive organs as well. I will need to evaluate before being able to prescribe anything. Text consult me for the same. Till than you could take pain relievers like dolo or brufen to alleviate pain if required.
