Hi i'm having pain in my stomach and loose motions i'm feeling very weak and feeling vomit what should I do which medicine I should take one hour ago I have take lopamide but my pain haven't gone I am very worried please help.

Pain in the right lower abdomen. Already finished my period 3 days ago. The pain does not effect my work so far such as walking, sneezing but it a bit hurt when I touch hardly. The pain start 2 days and it comes and go. It feels like something sharp.

Abdomen pain could originate in internal organs as well as due to muscle and nerves issues. Abdominal pain especially in females could be associated with reproductive organs as well. I will need to evaluate before being able to prescribe anything. Text consult me for the same. Till than you could take pain relievers like dolo or brufen to alleviate pain if required.

I think you need to avoid non-veg for some time and see if this solves take nux vom twice daily for next 1 week and revert back
may be due to warm season and irregular food habits this has come up

I am 50 years old female having left side abdominal pain for past 10 years. All tests like scanning, endoscopy done. All reports says normal. Even blood test also normal. Early in the morning after passing motion I get this pain. Many doctors has been visited. They prescribe tab like providac, gastric tabs etc. But pain has not gone. I am a 23 years old female. I'm suffering from abdominal pain and constipation since after laparoscopic appendectomy. There is no improvement with my right side abdominal pain and it still hurts severely even after 2 weeks of the surgery. It is difficult for me to pass stool normally now and there is also continuous bleeding while passing stool. I'm taking 15 ml cremaffin syrup daily night as prescribed by my doctor. Recently i've done a blood test as advise by my doctor, and the report shows that there are some increases of crp level with 10.44 mg/l & tlc with 10.1 cumm, rdw-cv with 14.30 and esr with 32 mm/h. Is there any serious problem happening inside my bowel? Please suggest me what to do and which doctor best for this treatment. I'm still suffering from right side abdominal pain.

Can probiotics heal mesenteric lymph nodes and para aortic lymph nodes in abdomen. And is cect scan risky. I really don't want to get that done as it causes several risks.

Hello doctor, recently I have undergone ovarian cystectomy (chocolate cysts in both ovaries) laparoscopy, after discharge im feeling severe pain in lower abdomen with an interval of 2-3 days, I have consulted my surgeon and she suggested to take abdomen scan I have taken abdomen scan, reports are good ovaries size are normal but i'm feeling very sharp pain in lower abdomen. Doctors are saying that the pain is due to pegulu (intestine) is sensitive due to surgery and suggesting meftal spas to get relief from the pain but it is not working ,pain is lasting for 10 hours, yesterday pain started at 4 am and I took mefenamic acid and drotaverine combination at 6: 30 am but pain reduced after 1 pm no one is giving me correct suggestion please help me.
