You might be having gastroesophageal reflux disease
achalasia cardia if you have difficulty swallowing
so please get 24 hr ph monitoring
manometry pleaase directly consult gastroenterologist.
Precaution-do not eat or drink hot food ,liquids
do not eat spicy food, fatty and fried food
carbonated beverages
citrus fruits including tomatoes and tomato sauces.

Your friends (if not the doctor) cannot diagnose your condition. There are millions of vegetarians and all do not suffer from vitamin b 12 deficiency. Now coming to your health issue there could be various conditions linked with symptoms like this. You need to change your diet habit. Try to take only two fixed meals. Dinner before 7 pm. No fried food or spicy food. Avoid tomato’s and tamarind. No water with food. After food immediately half glass of hot water. After 2 hrs of food 1 liter of water.
