What r other symptoms that you r experiencing?
By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time it remains?

Difficult to distinguish only on imaging without a Biopsy.
Due to the high incidence of asymptomatic tuberculosis in India which leads to enlarged necrotic nodes, which are very difficult to distinguish from cancer nodes or lymphoma Depending upon the location they may ask for a CT guided or a Laparoscopic Biopsy of the same.

Hi lybrate-user, to reduce tummy, stop having sugar and sweets, may be once in a month or so. Eat 2 -3servings of fruits daily. Avoid fried foods and avoid salt after 8: 00pm. Have early and light dinners. Brisk walk for 30minutes daily. You should be able your target within a month.
