To avoid bloating have small frequent meals. Avoid cruciferous vegetables like cauliflower, cabbage, brassica etc. Have raw fruits and vegetables to avoid constipation. For pcos your diet should hv predominance of fruits, seeds like flax seeds, methi seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and veggies. Avoid sugar and starchy foods as insulin resistance may be there.

You have to be avoid oily spicy fried salty heavy acidic food stuffs and cold drinks smoking (If you do) etc.
Use light easily digestable fibre Rich diet.
Do light exercise Yoga and meditation regularly.
Use Tablet Acidone two tablets two times a day after taking meal.
Use Syp Digestol 20 ml two times a day after taking meal.
These medicines definitely cured your problem.
