Hello lybrate-user. The symptoms are of dysmenorrhea. Usually the allopatic doctor gives hormonal pills for it and it does help for a month or two. And then the complaints come back in double plus side effects of the pills. Also then they say that after marriage and delivery it will go itself. meats dry fruits, raw vegetables (vegetable would be well cooked )spicy sauces, dressings, pickles, nuts, seeds, and popcorn foods and beverages that contain caffeine, cocoa, and alcohol

Nothing to worry about she will be absolutely fine in few doses of Medication. For now avoid any heavy meal ask her to take easily digestible foods and fruits and some walk. If this doesn't help consult back for Medication and tests to be done immediately in a day.
