I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Pain in the palm often results from a minor injury or from overusing the hand. However, hand pain can sometimes also be the result of an underlying issue, such as an infection, inflammation, or peripheral neuropathy. If hand pain gets worse or does not get better with home treatments, see a doctor.

If you remove your stitches too early, your wound may reopen, you could cause an infection, or you may make scarring worse. Confirm with your doctor how many days you should wait before removing stitches. If your wound looks swollen or red, don't remove your stitches.

Yes you will be able to however the knee should not flexed and extended continuously. Since healing takes time, it is better to keep the knee stable till it heals. If it is a deep cut it will take a bit more time to heal if the knee is being active continuously. But yes she will get full function at the knee after it heals. If you found my answer helpful, please leave a like/ thanks. Thank you.

It depends upon the 1. Area of the skin involved.
2. The time taken for healing.
3. The strength of the scar formed
and 4. Also proximity to the nearby joint/s. Hence I would suggest you to have a private chat with me or any general physician and share the history and also photo if you wish so that we can help you out.
