If you have previously taken full dose of tetanus vaccine schedule 3/4 doses depending on type and site. And last dose is booster dose then small clean cut doesn't need a booster.
But nevertheless if you have any doubt or want abooster anyway, go for booster as after 4 weeks another booster won't do too much harm. Only minor fever and myalgia.

Sponge with warm saline water and try to discharge the pus by puncturing it. This will ease the pain and the lesion would heal
washing with warm/hot saline water several times a day in required.
Additionally take belladonna 30 4 times.

Kindly tell the current medication you are taking check your cbc plus iron profile for ruling out anemia
as of your bmi is within normal range so weight is not the reason but I advised you some daily activity
swelling of feet have many reasons so for further evaluation kindly contact and if possible kindly provide your spine xray.

Pl. Test your vitamin c level. If it is deficient then you have to take vitamin c treatment under a physician's guidance. If vitamin c is adequate the must consult a dentist.

If she had taken full schedule in last 5 years then she doesn't need vaccination if not give a age appropriate booster dose.

Yes.
You need full course if you have not previously ever gotten full course.
If you have taken full course and last booster shot was 6 months ago then you don't need vaccinated.
Although there is no contradiction if you still want a booster.
