Hi, My friend had an accident on 27th feb 2016 in which his heel got separated from his ankle. It is a 361010 wound which has 38 stitches. On 29th feb heel turned brown and on 2nd march the heel turned black. As per the doctors, its gangrene for which they are planning to implant tissues from thighs to the heels. We are scared as it will be curing it for sure or not. Please suggest. Thanks.

Bad news. If gangrene is established, your friend will have to lose the dead tissue or part of the limb to save his life. Or else, he will lose his life. You have to take the decision. Life or limb? obviously, it's life that's the 1st priority!

Hi I m 25 years old, 2 week ago I got an injury below my lower lips due to which I got stiches 3 from inside my mouth and 3from outside my mouth. Now the stiches are removes and its almost 3rd week the wound is heall but that place is got hard and look like swelling type. If I touch my lower lips it look that prt is form a shape of circle from inside so irz dfficult for me to speak normally. Would you pls suggest why ithat wound part is getting harder and look like swelling.

locally apply gunguna mustered oil with salt. wear a cotton hand gloves.
if unbearable
