Can apply xylocaine ointment over there, you will fee less pain. Keep wound clean, before applying any ointment.

Start course of antibiotics along with anti-inflammatory when infection subside
apply collagen sheet there.

don't apply these ointments.. they will delay healing..
better is to apply neosporin or clear petroleum jelly...
