Hello, I am 27 year old male. I have problem of itchy penis .my foreskin is itchy and penis base has blisters like thing also penis gets red when rubbed, I don't have sex yet. There is small black residue when not touch for 3-4 days .and odour also I have consulted this issue with dermatologist nearby he says this is not any infection and given anti fungal cream. But my problem is not cured. Itchiness is severe at night so that I can't even sleep well. Please suggest who will give proper diagnosis and relief. I also have itchy head scalp for 3 years .and now itching in many parts of body without any lesion or swelling.
