Get your assessment done by an Speech Language Pathologist. Try working on your confidence. Do deep inhalation and exhalation for relaxation. Speak slowly and try to face all situations which affects your speech fluency.

Stammering is typically recognized by a tense struggle to get words out. This makes it different from the normal non-fluency we all experience which includes hesitations and repetitions. You should consult Speech Language Pathologist or speech therapist for stammering. Stammering doesn't start with birth. It can develop later at any point of life. Try to find out the main cause and work on that. Improve your confidence and speak slowly and start speech therapy.

Teaching you an exercise is always better when you take a face to face Speech therapy session (taking therapy with a Speech therapist). You will not be able to follow an exercise properly even if it is written here. It should be demonstrated. That is the reason you need to meet up with a Speech therapist. Consult a Speech therapist asap.

You need to work on your confidence. You must be knowing the words, you stutter on. Do not switch the word if you know you are going to stutter on that word. Also, do not avoid the situations in which there is a chance of stuttering. Start practicing all the exercises again which your therapist taught.
