Hello, get teeth whitening done by a professional will not damage your teeth. The available over the counter prpducts can damane the enamel as the concentration of these are not of the right standards. So you ca do some research and look for cosmetic dentists who offer teeth whitening procedures online.

The simplest method of removing minor surface stains is cleaning & polishing by a dentist. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply snowdent paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min .then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results.
