if yellow stain are still there after scaling also , it can be intrinsic stain , you and go for bleaching procedure, which removes intrinsic stains.

If your teeth because yellow recently problem maybe either because of fluorosis is too much fluoride in your drinking water or because of stains due to coffee or tea calcium does not effect your teeth get to your nearby dentist for a consultation.

Install a water softener at your premises or drink ro water. You will have to visit a dentist and get teeth cleaned initially. Then you can maintain them at home. I opine this.

Have you been to any dentist so far if not go and visit, bcoz itz all starts from bad oral hygiene, in fact your dentist will explain how to maintain it. You can go for scaling and filling it will help you.
