There are charitable hospitals with experienced doctos who can do squint surgery for you. If you are willing for surgery then there are possible centres where you can get operated at minimal costs like bmc hospitals.

No Sir, It can't be treated by any medicine. But I have seen cases who have improved through eye exercises done in south. (don't remember the name exacty). You would have to stay there and they will teach you some eye exercises and give some diet accordingly. You can try that. And if not corrected, then there is always the last option of surgery present.
