Dear lybrate-user As far as I know there is no treatment of squint in alternate medicine specially in your senario. Your squint seems to be due to mechanical restriction caused by adhesions in that area post operatively. Do not get disappointed some times this type of squint can be corrected surgically. You need through assessment. If you wish you can take appointment if you are near by as real time examination is always better for appropriate advise.
