Biopsy is not a blood test.In it a tiny portion of suspected affected tissue is taken to be examined by Pathologist under the microscope.

Report has clearly mentioned it ae benign lymphadenopathy without focal lesion locally. Hence do not worry. I think it is CT scan report. If you want more assurance get FNAC test of largest lymph node done.

You have to find out why you are getting recurrent infections in arm pits. Try to keep arm pits dry. Get your blood sugar fasting and pp done to rule out diabedes which is some times diagnosed in such situations.
