Before visiting a dietician, basic blood work including lipid profile, complete blood count (cbc), and glucose levels can be helpful. These tests provide a baseline for nutritional advice and health optimization.

Better start with juices of vegetables and or in soup form. Remember natural protein and vitamin are easily digested and absorbed in body.
Synthetic form of vitamin and mineral is not good at all secondly you can check with a homeopath doctor and take homeopathic medicine to relieve your symptoms.

Hi dear friend.
I noted down your history. Here are the few points I would like to add from my side.
1) your pulse rate was/is high because your hb was/is low. 2) now as it is better than before but still you should take some supplements for vitamin b12 as well. 3) consume diet rich in iron like spinach, beetroot, dryfruits, eggs etc.
4) if all the above is corrected and still pulse is high then need to see for other issues like anxiety.
Thanks and regards.

Yes it could be better go for a physical check-up to conclude things
in the mean time take vit-a capsules -pills once daily
watering the eyes 3-4 times daily can help.
