Yes absolutely physiotherapy will help to reduce pain and also will increase the stability and strength of the muscle around it which will prevent to get any further derangement and problem. So consult a physiotherapist.

I am 31 years old and I am using alcohol and chewing tobacco from many years, my height is 5'10 and my present weight is 103 kg which is previously 94 kgs. My question is that 4 years ago I was diagnosed with survival spondylitis so that I feel very uncomfortable and much more at bed time even taking exercise from physiotherapists, so my family doctor has advised me to take seloken xl25 mg and that really works for me from that time I am continuing this seloken xl25 mg daily 1 tab in morning, but last year I was feeling discomfort again and in test my triglycerides level was slightly high and my doctor has advised me diet plan, exercises and ecosprin av 75 but I did not took that medicine and only follow diet plan and yoga and after some time I was feeling good and now from last 1 month I wanna quit alcohol and when I did not take alcohol I can't sleep with discomfort and irregular pains in chest (specially in night), so again I have to consume alcohol for sleep, now my doctor has prescribed me exercise, yoga, diet plan and #ecosprin av 75 (for 10 days). Is it safe to take and stop ecosprin av 75 after 10 days? Please guide me, I am a lower middle class man and having so many responsibilities so I don't wanna die soon and also I don't have enough money for treatment. Please advise me the best as soon as possible.

Hello.
Don't worry hcq is not known to cause severe psychological problems. However drug interactions with other medications can be causing problems. I would like to know the list of medications she is taking, how well controlled her ankylosing spondylitis is and her present complaints to help you better.
