The result is a sac that forms in the abdominal wall. You may or may not see a bulge at this point. As more abdominal contents push into the sac, a bulge will appear.

Over time these hernias can get larger and more uncomfortable as the hernia sac gets pushed out from inside the abdomen. So please concentrate on your "scoliosis" in some cases. Due to musculoskeletal. Abnormality. Also more pressure on your chest. So don't be fear. And don't be neglect. Better to repair it surgically immediately. If can not decide immediately, then meet some yoga expert to learn yoga inverted postures to get some relief till you decide.
