Mri result cervical issues i’m 26 male. I was having little numbness in my right should and leg. Got nerve test and mri. Nerve test was normal. Even doctor said the mri is normal. But when I saw the report at c3/c4 it shows something. Can you guys help. Is it normal mri mri says: technique: sagittal t1, sagittal t2, sagittal t2 repeat, axial t2 and axial t2 3d merge. Findings: despite repeat sequences image quality is moderately degraded by motion artifact. Alignment is stable. Vertebral body heights are preserved. No suspicious bone marrow signal changes are present. The visualized posterior fossa structures are unremarkable. The visualized soft tissues of the neck demonstrate no focal abnormality. Normal bilateral vertebral artery flow voids are demonstrated. The axial t2 sequences are significantly degraded by motion which reduces sensitivity and specificity of this examination for characterizing spinal or neural foramina narrowing. C2/c3: unremarkable. C3/c4: small disc osteophyte complex contributes to no significant spinal or neural foramina narrowing. C4/c5: unremarkable. C5/c6: unremarkable. C6-c7: unremarkable. C7/t1: unremarkable. Impression: limited examination due to motion. No large disc osteophyte complex present. No definite spinal stenosis or cord compression is present. Intrinsic signal abnormality within the cord is difficult to exclude on this examination due to motion artifact. No major neural foramina stenosis is present. Mild neural foramina stenosis can not be definitively excluded due to motion artifact on the critical axial sequences.

The osteophyte complex at c3/c4 may or may not be the reason for your symptoms. In any case your symptoms should go away with rest in a 2-3 weeks. However if the symptoms persist or worsen you should again consult a neurologist (dm neurology)

Is there a cure for nocturnal panic attacks? After 2 bike accidents that happened 6 years before, my both hands are going numb while sleeping due to bad posture. I am not experiencing normal numbness. Instead heavy numbness which stays for more than 5 minutes to 10 minutes etc. And it will be like someone cutting my hands off. Before accidents happening I used to experience normal numbness like how others had. But this is un imaginable now. And the main issue is that, after I got my 1st panic attack in 2020 with the fear of cavity pandemic, after every incidents, its triggering the already subsided panic attack for no reason. Some days I would be able to control it my own because, I might have experienced that same symptoms earlier too. But some days, when there arise new symptoms brain triggers panic mode thinking its something else and im forced to rush to emergency dept. Is there any cure for this? Is there any proven way for me to be back to normal panic free life without the use of psychiatric medicines? I know psychiatric medicines will make me consume it lifelong or make me addicted to it even if there arise a temporary relief.

You must try stress-relieving techniques including breathing techniques and brain foods for better mental health. Exercise and a plant-based diet can also help in controlling your anxiety levels. Do consult for advice if you wish. Prescription drugs for mental health cannot be prescribed online.

Hi lybrate-user.
See, worrying is something that you decide. Burt let me tell you the fact that god has given spare organs for every vital organs like 2 eyes, two kidneys, 2 ears, 2 nose cavities, 2 testes, 2 tonsils, 2 hands, 2 feet and what not. So there is nothing to be worried about having single testes. And also, to kill somebody, one gun with one bullet is enough.
Hope it was helpful.

Firstly I am 17 years old, weight 55 kg so I have inguinal hernia and undescended testis because of hernia it displaced from scrotum. Right testis was present in scrotum at age 13. Hernia problem is from 3 years so my problem is some before 15-20 days I was just sitting on chair suddenly a slight sharp throbbing pain started in the left testis and inner thigh. I thought it is not much pain so I waited and after 3-4 hours it gone but on after that my erections almost gone for 2 days. So in fear of losing my this remaining one testis on third day I masturbated to check so my semen quantity was decreased to half but my erections started but not like previous normal ones. Even if I masturbate with gap of 1 month to check if testis is okay still quantity if half and not normal erections. So few days ago for my inguinal hernia and undescended testis operation urologist checked and varicocele was found left testis in physical examination but today in doppler ultrasound it is not found. This is my doppler ultrasound (scrotum) report right scrotal sac shows herniated omentum through the inguinal canal with the defect measuring approximately 16-17 mm with the neck lying medical to the inferior to epigastric vessels suggestive of direct inguinal-scrotal hernia. Right testis is not seen in the scrotum and is localised in the right inguinal canal and measuring approximately 2.9 x 1.0 cms. It shows normal intraparenchymal vascularity. Left left testis measures 3.7 x 1.8 cms is normal in size and ecotexture. No focal lesion seen. No abnormal fluid collection seen. So please tell me about this problem I am in tension.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing these symptoms. There are many possible causes of numbness and tingling in the hands and legs, as well as muscle aches and pains. Some possible causes include nerve damage, circulation problems, vitamin deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and neurological conditions.
Given your low vitamin d levels, it's possible that your symptoms could be related to this deficiency. Vitamin d is important for maintaining healthy nerves and muscles, among other fun...more
