Ankle pain. Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes.

Dear lybrate-user what is your age? What is the degree of compression? Can you share your Xray report Exact treatment of Compression fracture at d11 and 12 depends on the degree it has bend down and severity of pain you are having

If in spinal cord a curvature formed then use orthotics for correct the posture. And for pain like sciatica and radiation with numbness consult to a physiotherapist who give you proper treatment to reduce the prob. I suggest you use physiotherapy and exercises programs.
