U need to take Physiotherapy Treatment for some weeks by a good Physiotherapist, when your muscles strengthened than your problem resolves slowly slowly. U have to do exercises as your physio sujjest. As you say slight movement starts than you can walk properly, but exercise should be in proper way. U can take 2nd &3rd opinion obviously. Good luck.

As they initially said, you can give bed rest a try for six weeks. She should not sit without support for at least six weeks. She also has associated problems of post-chemotherapy pain, this can be treated symptomatically. If you send X-rays one can give proper opinion. But one has to examine the patient to give final opinion.

More than coitus, it is related with your life style, exercises and sleeping mattresses. Do not do any work or exercise in which you need to lift heavy weights especially from front and end forwards. Do not sleep in sagging soft thick mattresses. Do extension exercises by bending backwards. Do not allow yourself to gain weight.
