I am suffering from back pain and cervical pain form 3 months. Then I decided to do MRI scan of my spinal cord. Then I got my reports of my MRI scan. I am sending you my reports in written Report: MRI WHOLE SPINE Mr. of whole spine was performed and high resolution Titu weighted serial sections obtained in the sagittal plane using a phased array surface coil FINDINGS: The study reveals that early spondylitis change are seen in the form of marginal osteophytes Facetopathy and multiple levels partial disc desiccation in the form of reduction of high spinal intensity on T2W images. Diffuse disc bulge at L4-5 level, impinging upon the thecal sac and bilateral traversing nerve roots with mild bilateral neuro-foramina narrowing Diffuse disc bulge at L5-S1 level, impinging the thecal sac and bilateral traversing nerve roots with mild bilateral neuro-foramina narrowing Canal diameter C2/3-12. 2 mm C3/4-11. 2 mm C4/5-11 mm C5/6-10. 9 mm C6/7-10. 3 mm C7/D1-12. 3 mm L1/2-16. 6 mm L2/3-15. 8 mm L3/4-15. 3 mm L4/5-12. 6 mm L5/S1-12. 1 mm Please contact me fast and please tell me how can I become normal because I have so much pain in my backbone and I am unable to sit because of this problem. Heat fermentation twice a day and avoid long sitting and lifting heavyweight and toward bending a checkup of vit d and calcium levels. A x-ray for your confirmation to see that bone is safe if it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment.
