Hand Pain
This might be due to lack of blood circulation in the hands and we suggest to do contrast bath therapy ie. Immersing in cold/hot water in the interval of 3-5 minutes which will help you reduce the pain.

It would become alright after sometime. Go back for the follow-up and follow the suggestions. There is no special diet for that, you can eat a healthy diet ( home made food with lots of seasonal fruits and vegetables ). Take precautions and do not over-exert your shoulder joint which can create problems afterwards.

My dad had an accident in 1993 and got his right leg operated. Doctors stated that “there is a complete posture-superior dislocation of the right head of femur. This has resulted in visualisation of parts of the head posterior to the iliac bone at super-acetabular levels. Part of head of femur is also fractured and the bony fragment lies towards the acetabular cavity.” It was all going but now ,since 3-4 years he is facing problem in walking, he has started limping and suffer pain while walking. I want to know that if there is any treatment or operation which can help him to be back to normal? Note: He is suffering from Diabetes, Blood pressure He have had a heart attack 6 years ago.

Finger Painyour finger pain can be due to various reasons our suggestion would be to do warm water bath to relieve from pain. If the pain doesn't subside please do ice therapy to reduce the inflammation from the finger.

Hello, Sir/Madam, Past 2 year to face the problems. Start by past 2 year my right hand last 3rd finger tingling, numbness but after one 1 year automatically simtum low still having but low then during 1 year before start my right leg problem tingling numbness, stifnesdand burning finger and feet full leg also having pain all the joint and buttock also then during this left hand last 3 finger with claim having numbness tingling stiffness and last 3 month also start left leg front full leg and finger having stiffness and numbness. When night if I not sleep that day pain, stiffness numbness anf burning pain increase. Also some time low back pain increase. I have done checked by Neuro and spine doctors they told me you have slip disc problem or lumber spondylosis (MRI report. 3 month to also doing rest and exercise what said by physiotherapy doctor and I have included ground walking 30 minute. But still not improvement. What the reason. What I will do next. Because from 1 year left my job and staying home. Can you give me best suggestion to improvement quickly (if possible then without surgery. Provide me some information for that always grateful for me. Thank you doctor.
