As of now you need not worry. Treatment is required for only local symptoms. General symptoms are to be taken seriously. In this case you just follow the instructions by the doctor. If needed consult a surgeon for the changes in the hand if persists.

Hi, irregular periods at your age is quite normal. Pcos is a major and most common cause now a days. You may have to get a gynecological consultation first to confirm if you have pcos and may have to an usg abdomen. Further once it's confirmed you can consult a dermatologist for acne. Also acne can occur due to other hormonal changes at your age, so it may not be always pcos. Kindly get a gynecological consultation.

Hi, centipede bite you need not worry if she does not develop any symptoms like allergy, excessive sweating, swelling or palpitations. Mild analgesics to relieve pain may be necessary. Watch for above mentioned symptoms for 24 hours. Otherwise it's nothing to worry.

I am sorry to hear about your concern, but I will be happy to assist you.
In many cases, there's only pain and swelling at the sting site. In rare cases, a life-threatening allergic reaction can cause difficulty breathing, tongue swelling, nausea and unconsciousness. This may require emergency medical attention.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
