A miscarriage can lead to blocked tubes which can be diagnosed by hsg or laprosocopy. However you also need to investigate as to why you miscarried, because if there is any cause which can lead to recurrent miscarriages, you might face this problem again and again. HSG indirectly looks at inner part of uterus and looks for patency of tubes. Another better test is Laproscopy but it along with patency of tubes looks at outside of uterus, ovaries and surrounding abdominal organs but not inside of uterus.
