Nature gives men, 2 testes, for sperm production. In the pre birth life, in the uterus of the mother, these testes are in the tummy, and slowly they come out to the place they are suposed to be in the scrotal sac.
Some times only 1 testes comes down (descends) and this path of descent may remain open causing a "Hernia"
At the hernia operation the path was closed. But what about the other testis?

Hello, in cases of blocked tubes, hydrotubation may be tried to open the tubes hysteroscopically bt the success is limited. Also salpingitis and tuberculosis should be ruled out. If the block remains then the only option which remains is ivf through donor egg and husband's sperm.

hi lybrate user ,if their is cervical stenosis very less that is less than5% chance of getting pregnant.
