Consult an Infertility specialist.
Go for follicular monitoring to check ovulation
Get your husband's semen testing done.
GO for laparoscopy to check if fallopian tubes are patent or closed.
You might need aid of ovulation inducing agents to conceive.

It depends where the obstruction is. If it is in the spermatic cord, recanalization can be tried. Otherwise go for ivf collecting sperm directly from the testis.
