When there is pediatric streptococcal infection to children or adults, there is onset or aid in a neuropsychiatric disorder or condition called pandas (autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorders associated with streptococcus infections). Pans (pediatric acute-onset neuropsychiatric syndrome) is an umbrella under which pandas come as a subtype. Pans have many triggers and associated causes due to which different problems occur in the body. In pandas main symptoms are: ocd (obsessive compulsive disorder) and tics. In 1998, susan swedo was the first to describe the pandas in patients at the us national institute of mental health. Many of the world are seeking fucking each other with itself. How do I know my mind is learning, many have causes like this ; Symptoms: Symptoms and signs for pandas occur in episodes which can last for a week. After occurring for a period it goes back and returns again on triggers. Psychological symptoms in pandas are: Mood may change from sorrow to happiness or vice versa, personality changes occur with unexpected rage or frustration may be seen. There are clinical signs of depression and anxiety which cause patients difficulty in sleeping. Due to psychological problems patients are not able to have food which is necessary. Due to psychological problem we carry many things in the world Psychological problems can cause the brain to produce bad dreams more so there is bedwetting seen in children. Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (adhd) is seen in pandas patients. Ocd (obsessive compulsive disorder) is the main symptom. There may be excessive thoughts and fears. Tics (sudden movements of words from mouth, stumbling) Neurological symptoms in pandasare: All the truth he is giving through his words must be understood bye otherwise it doesn't matter . Life is this only being midorce always to see yourself with eye. To live is to live without disturbance. Muscles are controlled by the brain so there are motor problems like writing imbalance. Due to adhd, there is difficulty in concentrating or learning. Gum learnin Children's performance in school, society. Cognitive skills may get affected in this. Many are irritated by lights. ;Ocd (obsessive compulsive disorder): Obsessive-compulsive disorder (ocd) patients produce many thoughts with their fear (obsessions) in a pattern that makes us do a behavior which gets repeated due to pattern production of thoughts. This behavior when stopped willingly causes conflicts and anxiety. How much we try to get rid of it, it keeps coming until those brain cells change. The evil cycle of ocd becomes ritualistic. Symptoms: Fear of germs or dirt on personal things as well as on other things. These things must be arranged in order and symmetrically. Taking bath multiple times. Many aggressive and unwanted thoughts. Utensils are washed many times.(washing and cleaning multiple time) Handwashes are done until the skin becomes raw. Checking the thighs of the on/ off system regularly. Sexual images pr religious images may occur frequently. ; Pandas syndrome is caused by- When childrens or adults get infection with strep, as defense their body produces antibodies to fight out the bacteria that causes it. As strep can mimic the healthy cell so antibodies also start to kill the healthy cells. Some reports say that this affects the brain tissues, mainly basal ganglia, causing pandas. Mechanisms: The mechanism of pandas occuring is similar to rheumatic fever. Streptococcus infect the body which causes our body to defend itself. Immune system produces antibodies that attack basal ganglia cells and cause neuropsychiatric conditions. Streptococcus bacterial cell walls have antigens that are similar in protein of the brain and tissues. The antibodies damage that tissue. This mechanism also happens in rheumatic fever. Strep bacteria are destroyed by antibodies but due to similarity joints (arthritis), brain, blood veins get damaged. In pandas antibody damages the brain cell typically basal ganglia that helps the body with movement. This damage causes ocd and tics in humans. ; Pans and pandas: 1) pans stands for pediatric acute-onset neuropsychiatric syndrome. Whereas pandas stands for autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorders associated with streptococcus infections. 2) pandas are related to strep infection but pan is related to other diseases like lyme diseases (caused by the bacteria scientifically named as borrelia burgdorferi and borrelia mayonii. When any infected tick bites human it gets transferred. Fever, headache, fatigue migraines are the symptoms) and influenza. Diagnosis of pandas There is no test to run to diagnose pandas. But a clinical health provider can evaluate child symptoms and his/ her performance on a physical test. A cunningham pane is a tool developed and commercialized by moleculera labs used to diagnose pandas and pans. It uses antibodies assay to detect the problem. ; Treatment: Antibiotics: children who are infected with strep have symptoms like fever, pain, swallowing difficulty. They need antibiotics. Cognitive behavioral many have not known what to say therapy I am forgetting myself in all this happening. Entirely I am still the part of self who is enquiring i never see it. I can thought about it. But never see it from our own eyes. Yoghurt and checkin many thing else. Sometime I feel like I forget everything something. We are lopsided. Our brains are like that lopsided, feared fearing is a disease like I am not feared now because there not any movement of thought. So where is fear? now paralysis fear is depended on memory. With memory there is no fear. Am I seeing partial not lopsided. Do my seeing is whole (cbt): it is a psychotherapy given to patients. It helps to change the condition in the mind resulting from strep infection. There is also a session for regulating the emotional difficulties in daily activities. Prevention: Patients with active strep infection should be avoided- We should not share food and drinks. Personal items may be avoided to share such as toothbrushes. When people sneeze cover your nose and who does should sneeze while covering. ; Wash your hands with soap and clean it with sanitizer frequently. Conclusion: This pandas or pans condition is not treatable with allopathy. Antibiotics can kill the bacteria but ocd can only be removed by therapy and meditation. People are advised to do yoga and meditation. People with ocd should be cared for and taught what is true. Children should take care mostly because this can affect their whole life. Non-stimulant for adhd? I am 19m and I had diagnosed with adhd 3 month my psychiatrist gave me starttera 6 mg and said to eat half a tablet for 14 days. After 14 days, no improvement so he increased dose to 18 mg full tablet this time. He said to eat it for 14 days. No major improvement also this time, he said to eat the same meds for 21 days. I was losing few minor improvements that I had got earlier from using it. After that he prescribed the same again for 1 month. Now, I am currently on 14th day of current one month period, with no major improvement. I forgot to add, I also have issues with my sleep and anxiety disorder. And I also, be autistic. He had given me 2.5 mg melatonin for sleep. I even, tried to ask what issue I have, is it adhd/autism. He stopped me saying that what you want, you want to be treated easily, early with less meds. Or you want to forever dependant on drug and visit me regularly. He was even against my habit of searching/trying to know what meds I am taking, what issue I have from web or any other source, even from the doc himself. What! fews day ago, my gi doc gave me amitriptyline for anxiety with ppi and multi vitamin, minerals antioxidants tablets, because he was suspecting anxiety is the main cause of my gerd issue. Tbh, my gi doc meds were much more effective for my mental health than my psychiatrist. English isn't my native, sorry for that. Haha. Even I suck at my native language. Current meds addvitamin max tablets afternoon, benztre-d 20 mg morning empty stomach, triplet-10 10 mg 2 times a day, altonil plus 5 (5 mg) at night, axepta-18 (18 mg) morning. It also includes my adhd, gerd and anxiety meds.
