Many a times increased salivation can be due to the local irritants present on the teeth. Pls get ur teeth cleaned first.
Then look for any spacing in ur front teeth, if possible get it filled or orthodontically treated.
Chlorhexidine m/w also helps in some patients after scaling process to maintain oral hygiene.
Pls let me know if u are relieved by the above mentioned ways.

If she can speak English language without any problem of pronunciation and only problem is with few hindi syllable then she probably do not require speech therapy, she requires attention and correct repetition of those words and monosyllables. Motivate child to speak slowly and reinforce her when she speaks clearly. As a parent you try to speak with her as slowly as possible. Please ask her teacher also to do the same in class.

- Your problem could be due to chronic cough
- do steam inhalation twice a day
- do warm salt water gargles three times a day
- avoid cold fluids including aerated drinks, have more of warm fluids tea, coffee, milk, soup
- mix a teaspoonful of turmeric powder in a cup of warm milk & have twice a day
- take tablet levocetrizine, 10 mg, 1 tablet daily in the evening
- have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables, whole grains & protein ...more

Do pranayam daily
Udgit pranayam will help you a lot
Do yogasanas daily
Take salads and fruits more
Take milk regularly
Take kanth Vati by Patanjali regularly
Go for morning and evening walk daily for good digestion, good circulation.

Quitting smoking is not supposed to be related to hoarseness of voice. But, during the initial period after quitting you may experience throat irritation and increased cough. If that is what you have, you can relax. Otherwise consult ENT specialist for change of voice.
