Some times due to overuse of vocal cords can lead to vocal abuse. To treat so just give rest to your vocal cords, use warm saline water to gargle twice a day, you can sip warm drink as it soothes your throat, you can try steam inhalation too. But if it persist for long or associated with other symptoms like severe pain, sore throat etc consult an ENT specialist for the same.

Mouth breathing is a common symptom in children with adenoid hypertrophy, if child is having hearing problem probably he is developing otitis media with effusion than adenoidectomy is advisable.

Stuttering can have genetic cause. We may not know where there your child will also get for sure but there is a chance. Everyone do stammer in their life and it's become unnotice certainly because they know to overcome without giving attention to it. My advice to you to have a consultation with speech therapist. They will make you like any other person provided you follow the approach.
