Dear Lybrate user. In many of the cases Stammering has two important reasons. Vocal chord misalignment or other problems are the primary reason. For this vocal chord complaint, you should consult an ENT specialist and get it corrected. Second reason is purely psychological. Stammer therapy can help you in psychological reasons. Take care.

Dear Lybrate user, there is no shortcut to this, you have to practice some exercises, do some behavioural modifications and relaxation exercises, practice these till it stabilizes otherwise again it will come back (relapse). Consult your nearest speech therapist or consult privately with me for individualized fluency exercise plan for you.
Give me feedback if it helps.

Every person has a different voice quality. Nothing to be depressed about it. You can attend a "voice clinic" by a good ENT doctor.

To be short and to the point go for speech therapy by qualified speech therapist near by. Do some relaxation exercises. U can try medicines but all of those have temporary effects ,better focus on behavioral changes and some modifications of speaking parameters.
