Hello dear. To get rid of glasses you have 2 options. Contact lens and other is lasik surgery. Both are equally safe if done properly. Contact lens is temporary but lasik is permanent way to get rid of glasses. Both are long lasting and both are safe.
My opinion is if you want permanent removal of glasses then choose lasik
as it is hassle free and permanent.

You are 21 years old& now there is no chance of increase in Myopic power because in girl power gets stabilised by. 19 yrs. You are myopic by around -1.5 D, it is very less power &may use contact lens in stead of glass but I will not advise you for LASIK or Smile LASIK because there is lots of advantage in later life if you are myopic by around -2D.
