The eyes continue to get further remodelled for about six months or even upto one year. You may wait and see for improvement. Even a repeat LASIK can be done, provided there is enough residual bed in cornea, and on how much was the original power corrected. Actually, 0.5 spherical power is hardly noticeable, you may even ignore this and it will not affect most types of lifestyles.

Dear lybrate-user:- as per your complaints, you r suffering from refractive error.
There r three options to get relief from refractive error, speck, contact lens, and lasik laser therapy. If you r feeling discomfort with speck then another options can be tried.

It seems from the history that you are having refractive error in the form of myopia of -6 and -6.5 dioptres.
The treatment for this is by the use of spectacles and contact lenses as you are doing now.
The refractive power becomes stable after the age of 18-20 years. Since you are 20 now this refractive power will not usually show any further variation.
You can correct this completely by refractive laser surgeries like LASIK. This is the only curative treatment for refractive errors....more

I think you are confused between regular lasik and femto-lasik. Both do the job it is all about your affordability and how much can you afford to spend. If you do not mind spending extra femto-lasik is better. Better still is a procedure called smile. It is the most expensive but also the best.

It is not permanent.
It is a good option though.
If you take good care then it will not come back soon.

Hello. Definitely it can be removed. However the mode of removal has to be decided on the size, position and the depth of the tattoo, for which I would like you to get it examined first. It can be removed by either, Excision or laser therapy etc, all which has their own pros and cons. These you can discuss accordingly.
