My left ligaments under my left shoulder plates are stiff and create friction and pain since past few years. It produces rattling sound when I raise my arms over the shoulder or move body sideways. I also felt pain behind neck & spine due to often use of laptop & Mobile phone. I do not want to go for alopathic medicines.

Health Query

I still feel sort of sensitivity after 45 days of dental flap surgery with bone graft? Will the healing process disturbed if I get scaling done now at this point to the treated teeth? Does plaque disclosing agent cause any ill effects if applied to the treated area after 45 days of flap surgery with bone graft? Want to know the answers for the above. Thanks doc.

Firstly take tablet limcee twice a day for a week and plaque disclosing agent will not lead to any side effects and scaling can be done after clinical examination

Hello, Thanks for the query.
First thing is you should control blood glucose effectively, because if that is not done, then oral hygiene is badly affected. Ideally fasting glucose should be < 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. Then you should consult a good competent dental surgeon (periodontologist). Thanks.

Hello, You seem to be developing freckles and DPN. These are related to sun damage, continuous usage of sunscreen can reduce the occurance of these spots. As far as treatment of spots they are best dealt with by RF cautery, plasmapen or lasers. Consult in private with photographs for more details.
