Hi,
Take tab. Arogyavardhini 1-1-1 after food and tab. Liv. 52 DS 1-0-1 and Kumari Asava 2 tsf 3 times a day with equal quantity of water. Take all these medicines for about a month and repeat the blood and urine examinations to assess the bilirubin levels.
Please follow these in your diet:
- Avoid spicy, oily food and sweets.
- Consume soft and easily digestable food like idlis, rice, dhal, curds, buttermilk, etc.

Causes of High BP:
* High salt intake * Excess consumption of Alcohol, coffee * Obesity (overweight) * Lack of Exercise (sedentary lifestyle) * Due to lack of sleep.
* Due to Anxiety
To control or maintan BP normal there are some instructions are given below:
•Do not take salt in high amount or try to avoid it because high sodium level increase BP.
• Eat less amount of pickle and fast food, fast food contain high sodium.
• Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking.

* take, apples, banana, carrotes, milk, spinach, reuglarly.

i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly
1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month
at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically

Dear if its in severe stage then surgery is best. If its initial stage then it cab be cured by exercises and a little changes in lifestyle.
