first of all you should follow some basic thing 1.avoid=hot and cold at time
2.less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black
3.dont drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml
4.avoid late night sleep
5.sarswatarishta 4tsp after lunch and dinner

Thanks for your question on Lybrate
I do understand your concern "As" per your clinical history it is not a serious disease but organ damage is possible and it has no cure at all. Now at present Corticosteroid is the first line medication for this condition both orally as well as cream .TNF Alpha can be tried in some cases and organ transplant is required for liver and lungs.

The principal symptoms of dengue are:
High fever and at least two of the following:
Severe headache/Severe eye pain (behind eyes)

Hi, first of all for initial stages of mild fever - take Schwabe's Biocombination - 11 immediately. But in later stages of fever with some other cause (apart from cough & cold) and symptoms, need to know more details. May be, some blood tests will have to be advised..for proper diagnosis and treatment.
