For fever take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and Eat nutritious food and have adequate fluid intake and take physical rest and follow your drs advise

you might b suffering from sinuditis, gastric disorder, hypertension, causing prolonged headache.
Homoeo- care:
1/ spigelia 1000--5 drops, wkly
2/ natrum mur 200--5 drops, dly for 7 days.

You don't eat outside and uncovered food
Cut your nails regularly
Wash your hands after going to toilets
Wash your hands before eating food
Eat soft diet for few days than non oily fulldiet
