Hi mam
there is one covering which surround hip joint is break but at less intense most probably about 30-40%.
Secondly, there is swelling at you outer side of thigh
it is advisable to take proper medicine and physiotherapy sitting for its recovery.
For beginning start ice pack and volini gel. Avoid cross sitting.

Lie on your side, with your affected hip on top. Support your head and stabilize yourself as necessary.
Tighten the muscles in your affected leg to keep your knee straight.
