Dear lybrate-user, thanks for reaching out since pus and blood is coming out of the wound I will suggest that you consult your operating surgeon immediately or at the earliest. The wound will not heal and even if it does different complications can occur and you may have to do a repeat surgery.
This is seroius reason to worry and needs immediate attention. Immediately call your doctor and say all the things occurring. They will have to drain the pus.

This exercise will strengthen the extension muscles in the upper back.
How to do it: lie face down with your head lifted off the floor. Your lower back needs to be slightly hyper-extended. Stretch your arms straight out in a y position with your thumbs pointing up.
