It depends on the product which is being used. Botox is slightly costly but if only crows feet it will not be much. Consult your dermatologist for that.

No eye and vision is not affected in chalazion. Getting it removed once doesn't guarantee you wouldn't get it again since chances of recurrence are high. Getting proper holistic regimen treating the root cause of it can help you better.

You need to take homeopathic medicines.
Use a clean compress each time.
Wash your hands before and after touching the affected eye.
Avoid touching the tip of any prescribed eye drops, ointments, or gels directly to the eyelashes or eyelid.
Avoid applying or using cosmetics on your eyelid area for the time that the stye is present.
