Geniculate neuralgia is a condition that is caused by a small nerve (the nervus intermedius) being compressed by a blood vessel. Geniculate neuralgia results in severe, deep ear pain which is usually sharp—often described as an "ice pick in the ear"—but may also be dull and burning.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

If sonography is clear, you can do a few tests to rule out certain other causes. Cbc, lipid profile, blood sugar, lft and kft. If these are all fine, you must start some mild leg exercises to improve the circulation. A gradual weigh loss will also help. You may contact me with reports for proper guidance.
