Rest prevents further injury and avoids stress on already inflamed tissue.
Ice is probably the best treatment.
Ice will counteract the increased blood flow to the injured area.
It will reduce the swelling, redness, and warmth.
Applied soon after the injury, ice will prevent much of the inflammation from happening.

Usually HIV does not start showing symptoms this early.
Second, if you used protection then ther are less chances of it being STD.

The causes of swelling feet are many like, DVT, medication, idiopathic, varicose veins, Renal insufficiency..
First we have to find out the cause and then we can suggest the appropriate treatment.
Medicine given blindly may give temporary or no relief and may cause more side effects...

It happens almost only when you perform a particular activity.(abnormal muscle tone due to effect of drugs therapy) muscular dystonia.

stretching muscles

apply heat or cold
