It is unlikely to get lung cancer in your age for now, but it is best advised to stop smoking at the earliest as this will decrease your risk of developing it in the future.
For more guidance take a paid instant consultation. Hope that helps.

Dear user, smoking does not cause shivering. The change in weather, cold climate, mild fever etc could be the cause. Smoking will not help to keep you warm instead it directly affects your lungs. It is better if you can slowly reduce your cigarette count rather than adding more cigarettes per day. Initially it will be hard but you can slowly overcome it. If you found my answer helpful, please leave a positive feedback as it helps me with my practice. Thank you.

Though some people do it because they hope it will ease stress, smoking can cause anxiety. Nicotine, the addictive drug in tobacco, gets into your bloodstream and makes your heart beat faster. This can make you feel anxious and cause your hands to shake. Talk to your doctor to get ideas on how to quit tobacco.
