Dear , you are correct. Quitting tobacco is not an easytask. You need mental strength to so that. There are medicines available to manage your tobacco craving but first, you should stop smoking. You may approach psychologist for help in de0addiction therapy or treatment. Take care.

s- set a quit date: choose a date within the next 2 weeks, so you have enough time to prepare without losing your motivation to quit, if you mainly smoke at work, quit on the weekend, so you have few days to adjust to the change.
