Dear lybrate user. I can understand. Smoking 3 cigarettes daily or 5 for that matter is no addiction. I sincerely feel you can simply quit smoking with your will power. There are many other methods like deaddiction therapy. But nothing works better than will power. I suggest online motivation counselling. Take care.

Smoking can affect your mouth, throat, lungs, heart, stomach and brain in many ways. Cancer is one among the potential diseases smoking can cause.
