If you look too far ahead you will get discouraged and will give up. If you sit and count the number of days you have given up, that will also focus too much on achievement. s- set a quit date: choose a date within the next 2 weeks, so you have enough time to prepare without losing your motivation to quit, if you mainly smoke at work, quit on the weekend, so you have few days to adjust to the change.

Dear Sir Its great that you have decided to stop smoking. There are nicotine replacement which is available in pharmacy for smoking cessation. If that does not help please contact a psychiatrist for further help which is usually a combination of medication and counseling.
